In the year of our Lord 2000, in the month of December, Christ Apostolic Church - Fountain Of Power took off as an off-shoot of the CAC English speaking Assembly-Chapel of Glory (herself a child of Christ Apostolic Church, Itire District Coordinating Council 118/183 Mushin Road, Itire-Lagos) at a leased property along Ikotun Egbe road. Pastor Emmanuel Assam has presided over this church from inception and has all the while been assisted by great men & women of God.

Despite all odds and the frustrations and the tempests of this world, the Word of God stands sure, He has said, “upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” (Matthew 16:18 KJV). Jehovah secured for us a piece of land at 5 Onwuasoigwe Close, Off Oguntoyinbo Crescent, Off Authority Avenue, near Hostel Bus Stop, Egbe in Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State.

The Auditorium foundation was laid in December 2004 and the building project began in November 2005. All hands were on deck as all CACFOP members virtually contributed in their own ways to make the building project a success. Those who were unable to contribute financially were on site digging, lifting, cleaning, clearing, etc.

1st floor decking was concluded in the month of December 2006. 2nd floor decking was concluded on the 4th October, 2008. The roofing was concluded March 2010. The English Speaking District now a District Coordinating Council (DCC) is headed by District Superintendant Gbenga Adelusi and currently comprises the under-listed:
